Smartlife Solutions & IMF LLP is a IRDA registered Insurance, Investment Advisory & Financial Planning firm. The firm was started by Sudhir Laturkar in 2009 as a Proprietorship firm which has been now converted into LLP Firm in December 2020.
We started our mission of spreading financial literacy & providing need as well as goal-based investment & insurance services in the year 2009.
Right from the beginning, we were clear in our mind about projecting ourselves differently as a smart solutions provider rather than just pushing various financial products by showing only returns or the positive side of the products.
We have developed our fact-finding systems & procedures to understand the needs, goals as well as aspirations of our clients. Then reach a mutual agreement about the product’s suitability, risk tolerance as well as wealth creation need.

Now with changing times & need, we have realized that its time to convert our business from an agency-based model to Corporate Advisory Model that’s why we have recently secured the license from the Government regulator to operate as IMF that is Insurance Marketing Firm & now, we have now rebranded as Smartlife Solutions & IMF LLP.
Smartlife Solutions & IMF LLP offers all financial products like Mutual Funds, Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Corporate Fixed Deposits & all General Insurance products including vehicles as well as liabilities Insurance products backed by strong claim settlements services from our well-trained office staff.
About Sudhir Laturkar
Sudhir Laturkar is a science graduate along with MBA in Marketing, IRDA certified Health & Life Insurance Advisor, as well as NISM, certified Investment & Retirement Advisor
He is associated with the financial sector since 1996 and is having experience in both administration and marketing of financial products. He worked for both public & private sector companies in his 18 years of corporate life. He left the corporate sector in 2009 and started Smartlife Solutions at Nagpur.
He is very passionate about creating awareness about the benefits and drawbacks of investments in mutual funds, insurance, real estate, and fixed income instruments.
He helps families to identify their financial goals with the right focus on money and plans for them to achieve their goals with success and joy.
